These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rise Above 360 platform, including the dashboard at riseabove360.com and the AI 360 Search Visibility WordPress plugin (“Service”), operated by Image Forward LLC d/b/a Rise Above 360 (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. The Service is intended for business use (agencies, consultants, and WordPress site owners managing commercial websites).
Rise Above 360 provides:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
You must register for an account to use the dashboard. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share account credentials or allow multiple organizations to use a single account unless covered by a multi-seat plan.

Use of the Google Business Profile integration is subject to Google's Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy. You represent that you are authorized to connect the Google Business Profile accounts you link to the Service.
Use of AI generation features is subject to the applicable AI provider's terms (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini). You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before publishing it to your site.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from Rise Above 360 related to your account and site activity.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds are offered at our discretion within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal. We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment after a 7-day grace period.
The Service, including the dashboard, plugin code, and all associated software, is owned by Image Forward LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all content you provide (brand guide data, business information, uploaded assets). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
AI-generated content produced by the Service is delivered to you for your use, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC SEO RANKINGS, SEARCH POSITIONS, OR BUSINESS OUTCOMES FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMAGE FORWARD LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Image Forward LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida, or by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
